Welcome to Live Life in Full Color
A blog by Dr. Ellen Harris
This blog is a reflection of my personal mantra—to live life in full color by embracing gratitude, peace, and wisdom in everyday moments. Here, I share pieces of that journey: the joy of growing and preparing nourishing food, the calm found in yoga and mindful movement, and the insight gained through journaling, travel, photography, nature, gardening, books, and the beauty of handcrafted textiles.
Live Life in Full Color is a space to celebrate a life well-lived—rooted in wellness, creativity, and connection. I hope these reflections inspire you to slow down, look closer, and find your own rhythm of gratitude, peace, and wisdom.

Summer Days Mostly in the Garden
While the vegetable garden is growing nicely so far, I’m also trying to expand the flower garden by adding a few containers and small plants.

71 Days: Wisely, Peacefully, Gratefully Counting Down Out of 2024 into 2025

Transitions into Spring

Finally got around to uploading videos of trip to West Africa. Talk a look!

Releasing 2023; Wisely, Peacefully and Gratefully Entering 2024
Continue to carry on my little tradition of basically using the same title, except for two switch ups. I’m closing out the year with this post tradition rather than starting the new year with it.
